Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks (or 1 cup of your favourite frozen fruit)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 to 2 tsp vanilla extract (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until slushy. If consistency is too thick, add water. If too thin, add more ice.
  2. Taste and add more vanilla extract if needed, re-blend then serve immediately.
