- 1 cup frozen mango chunks (or 1 cup of your favourite frozen fruit)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 to 2 tsp vanilla extract (to taste)
Mix all ingredients in a blender until slushy. If consistency is too thick, add water. If too thin, add more ice. Taste and add more extract if needed, re-blend then serve immediately. Cheers to how much it tastes like the real deal!
