- 3 ounces of pear nectar
- 1 ounce of lime juice
- Ginger
- 5 mint leaves
- Sparkling Water
- Dried Lemon or
- Dried Blood Orange
- Ice
Squeeze a fresh lime; set aside. Muddle five mint leaves in your shaker. Peel and grate a piece of fresh ginger. Add three ounces pear nectar, one ounce of lime juice (refrigerate remaining lime juice) and grated ginger into the shaker. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for one minute. Pour into a chilled glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with dried lemon or dried blood orange. Enjoy!
