- 3 ounces of peach nectar
- 1 ounce of lemon juice
- Cloves
- Ginger
- Rosemary
- Sparkling Water
- Dried Lemon or
- Dried Strawberry
- Ice
Squeeze a fresh lemon; set aside. Muddle 10 fresh rosemary leaves in your shaker. Peel and grate a piece of fresh ginger. Add three ounces peach nectar, one ounce of lemon juice (refrigerate remaining lemon juice), grated ginger and three cloves into the shaker. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for one minute. Pour into a chilled glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with dried lemon or dried strawberries. Enjoy!
