• 3 ounces of apricot nectar
  • 1 ounce of lemon juice
  • 10 fresh Rosemary leaves
  • Sparkling Water
  • Ice
  • Dried Lime or┬áDried Persimmon

Squeeze a fresh lemon; set aside. Muddle 10 fresh rosemary leaves in your shaker. Add 3 ounces apricot nectar, 1 ounce of lemon juice (refrigerate remaining lemon juice). Fill your cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 1 minute. Pour into a chilled glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a dried persimmon or dried lime. Enjoy!
