Full-of-Folate Frappe
  • 1 mango - peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 1/4 cups club soda

Puree the fruit in a blender until smooth. Add the orange and lime juices; blend until smooth. Add the club soda and ice cubes. Pulse the blender until the ice cubes are crushed and ingredients are blended. This baby-friendly way to imbibe is packed with Folic acid from the mango, the orange juice and the lime.
